Over the years, we’ve run many paddle experience for Hens and Stags. Sometimes they choose a morning session so they can go for lunch later, whilst others choose to paddle later in the day so they can do Yoga or some other morning activities that they’ve got planned.

- Start times: we run sessions every couple of hours from 9am during Spring to Autumn
The sessions are easy going, and we make sure they work for you and your friends. We keep them relaxing and fun, whilst making sure everyone can be involved no matter what level and experience.

what size groups can we run for hen do's and stag parties
Whether you have a small group or are bringing a much larger party, paddleboarding is a great choice if you want some fun and laughter with your friends.
Keeping it low-key with a few friends or having the whole gang, we can run your session for up to 20 people.

During your time with us, everything is covered and that includes all the kit you need to enjoy your time on the water.
You don’t have to worry about bringing any equipment along, since we provide everything you will need for a fun and safe time with us on the water.
What we'll provide
- Stand-Up Paddleboards: We have the latest inflatable paddle boards, that are stable and easy to use for total beginners.
- Paddles: The paddles we use are lightweight and float in case you drop them in the water.
- Life jackets: For safety and peace of mind out on the water.
- Wetsuits: Included, dependent on weather, to keep you warm and comfortable.
- Professional Instructor: You will have an experienced instructor/s taking you out on the water to have a fun paddle boarding lesson.
- Safety Briefing: We’ll walk you through the necessary safety procedures to ensure everyone is aware of the risks of being on the water and what procedures we have in place to keep everyone safe.
- Personal flotation devices (PDFs): this is an important part of the safety kit we provide.
All Necessary Equipment: Everything you need to have a great time will be provided, ensuring a hassle-free and exciting experience.
What you should bring
When you join us for your Hen Party and Stag Do paddleboard lesson, the most important thing to bring is good vibes.
That said, make sure you’ve also got the following items, so you’re comfortable and well prepared:
- Swimwear: Comfortable for water activities could be leggings, shorts, t-shirts or your own wetsuit.
- Towels: To dry off after your session.
- Sunscreen: To protect yourself from the sun.
- Waterproof Phone Case: To capture those fun memories without worrying about your phone getting wet (optional).
- Comfortable Clothing: For after your paddle boarding session, to relax and stay comfortable.

where do we run hen do's and stag parties
Chichester Canal
We run the Hen Party Paddle Board Lessons and Stag Do events on Chichester Canal from Spring to Summer.
It is perfectly situated if you’re coming down with your friends and staying for the weekend. You will be just minutes from us if you’re staying in Selsey, Bracklesham, Chichester, Pagham, Bognor, Portsmouth or other surrounding areas.
Why not grab a sauna to relax
Rewild Sauna is an authentic wood-fired Sauna located beachside at Bracklesham Bay, which is just 15 minutes drive from the Chichester Canal, where we run the Hen Party Paddle Adventures.
The Sauna seats 8 people at a time so you’ll need to work out the numbers, but it’s well worth the visit if you fancy some wild swimming and steaming to wind down after your paddleboard session with us.

Is Alcohol Allowed During SUP Parties?
Alcohol consumption is NOT ALLOWED during your time with us. If you want to bring alcohol, then we suggest you enjoy a drink after you’ve come off the water. Anybody, under the influence, will not be given access to the lesson.
Are SUP Parties Available Year-Round?
Yes, SUP parties are available year-round, though the weather conditions play a big part. In the colder months, you may need more equipment like wetsuits, and the activity could be limited by extreme weather conditions.
Can You Combine Paddleboarding with Other Stag and Hen Activities in the UK?
Yes! Paddleboarding will be just one part of your Hen and Stag Party Experience and can easily fit in between breakfast and dinner time. You might want to head off to do some chocolate making or head to our local beach spa to relax and do some wild swimming.
Is Stand-Up Paddleboarding Suitable for All Fitness Levels During Hen and Stag Dos?
Yes, SUP is highly versatile, which means it can be run to meet the needs of the person, so if they need it at a slower pace, that’s fine. Paddleboarding is low-impact exercise, so while it is fun, it is also achievable for everyone.
Can Extreme Weather Emergencies Cancel Paddleboard Parties for Hen and Stag Dos?
Extreme weather conditions like high winds, storm, or lightning can stop a paddleboarding session for safety reasons. Most providers have cancellation policies in place and will be able to advise near the time as to what needs to happen.
