Lesson Outline
Our Family paddleboarding lessons are a great way to enjoy some quality time with your kids, whilst learning a new sport.
The group is made up of 2 adults and 2 kids, but you can add more kids into the session for £25 per person.
Most of the time, mum and dad aren’t as good as the kids, so we’ll make sure they don’t make you look too bad, but you’ll probably find they want to get you wet, playing some fun games.
Aside of having fun, we’re big into making sure everyone knows how to be safe around water, so we will cover various things that bring out the best in being aware.
With our ASI qualified instructors, the sessions are totally safe and fun, working from our base on Chichester Canal, Hunston, which offers a calm, non tidal waterway. We also run lessons in Chichester Harbour.
* Family lessons: as a family of 2 adults and 2 or more kids, you will be able to enjoy stand up paddleboarding together. When you then go out together, with your own kit, you’re better educated and capable. They have to be 11+ yrs old to paddle on a family lesson.
